Una Chapman Cox Sabbatical Fellowship

From 2021-2022, Manju was an Una Chapman Cox Sabbatical Fellow.

The Una Chapman Cox Foundation Sabbatical Fellowships enable particularly promising Foreign Service Officers to develop as thought-leaders and representatives of the U.S. Department of State.

During her Fellowship, Manju researched and wrote a white paper  proposing reforms aimed at the retention of women in the Foreign Service.

This White Paper is based on surveys, interviews, and research conducted while the author was on the Una Chapman Cox Fellowship.  This is independent research and does not represent the views of the USG.

She also wrote, produced, and published a podcast series.  The “Shady Kriya” Podcast is a series of curated breath, meditation, and yoga nidra vignettes which can be accessed worldwide.  The episodes feature mind-body integrating practices of varying length, designed to fit into the busy lives of Foreign Service personnel.  Shady Kriya can be found on Apple, Spotify, and Anchor podcast platforms.
